Order
Select the desired product in the correct size and add it to your shopping cart. Then follow the intuitive checkout process, where you enter your shipping and payment details. Once your order is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email.
As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can respond.
In some cases, the confirmation email ends up in your spam folder. If you haven't received an email after 15 minutes, please contact our support team.
Cancellations generally only occur if an item is unexpectedly unavailable or there is a problem with the payment processing. In this case, we will notify you immediately.
You can view the current status at any time in your customer account. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
No. A product is only reserved for you once the purchase is complete.

Yes, you can pay by invoice through our partner Klarna if you have sufficient creditworthiness.

Shipping & Delivery
Within Germany, delivery usually takes place within 2-4 working days after handover to DHL for standard shipping.
Shipping to Austria takes 2-5 working days for standard shipping.
We offer standard and express shipping through our partner DLH. The options are displayed during checkout.
We currently only deliver to Germany and Austria.
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery country:
GERMANY
- DHL Standard: €4.95 | 2-4 business days
EU countries
- DHL Standard: EUR 6.95 | 2-5 business days
Free shipping with DHL Standard for orders over 150 EUR.

Returns & Exchanges
Register your return easily via our online returns process .
Printing the shipping label is not necessary; you can scan and print your package using the QR code at a parcel shop or Packstation of your choice.
Please return the item(s) in their original condition within the 14-day return period.
You have 14 days to return your items.
We will cover the return costs for you.
After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be made via the original payment method within a few days.
Please note that exchanges are only possible for the same item in a different size.
